DEVELOPMENT GROUP (BDG)

“Quality Not Quantity”

(BDG program Effective January 1, 2008)

1. The Business Development Group is for AFG Professionals who are serious about building a Local, Regional or National AFG business quickly, and get paid extra monies to build it and supervise it. In essence they are the “leaders” of the future for AFG.

A. Also, they are Professional Business Development Specialists, able to handle special products for larger Businesses,Large Employee Benefit Programs, Churches, Schools, and other Non-Profit organizations that might also be interested in helping their membership and do fund-raising at the same time.

B. They are interested in Opening up AFG offices with the primary business being Financial Services.

C. They are interested in receiving business leads, health insurance, company cars, cruises, vacations, etc. as they build their business.

              D. They are interested in receiving a 2% override on PSD referrals.

E. They want a jump in pay to Executive Consultant (30%) upon becoming certified. (Note: Because of this...if a person hires mostly or all BDG in their organization...the qualification for Branch Manager is about 1/3 less.)

2. The registration fee to join BDG is $65.

3. A $10 advanced commission will be paid for each direct BDG signup and $15 for 2^nd level signups.

4. The monthly maintenance/service fee is $60 per month.

5. Those inactive for 90 days, will be dropped and downline will be moved up. (Compression.)

6. Those who submit their own plans within 10 days of joining BDG and close, will receive 20% commission. (Otherwise it is a 10% commission)

7. Monthly Training fees will be paid as follows:

8. BDG specialists will receive special individualized website(s), allowing them to advertise the Business, School, Church and Non-profit products as well as their individual name and address.

9. BDG specialists will receive advanced and special training and will be invited to participate in unique training retreats and special programs.
